After several days of planning, the style and shape of the private rooms on the second floor have been determined. In addition to the "Bi Bo Xuan", "Feng Ming Ge", "Mo Xiang Zhai" and "Hao Yue Ju" that had been decided before, Xu Congyi designed eight more private rooms with different styles.
The 30-square-meter private room is called "Bi Bo Xuan", and the four or six medium private rooms are Feng Ming Ge, Mo Xiang Zhai, Hao Yue Ju and Qin Se Fang. Qin Se Fang displays ancient musical instruments such as guqin and qin, and scrolls of ancient qin players playing are hung on the wall, creating a strong cultural atmosphere. There is a guqin platform in the center, surrounded by comfortable cushions, where guests can play the guqin and qin and feel the rhythmic beauty of ancient music.
As for the five small private rooms, because of their smaller square meters, the design is relatively simple, taking the artistic conception of plants. They are named "Cuizhuxuan", "Meixiangge", "Lan Yaju", "Juyuntang" and "Songfengting" respectively.
Cuizhuxuan: This private room is themed on bamboo, with elegant bamboo shadows painted on the walls, making you feel like you are in a quiet bamboo forest. There are several exquisite bamboo furniture, such as bamboo chairs and bamboo tables, placed in the room, matched with lush potted bamboos, and the air is filled with a light bamboo fragrance, which makes people feel relaxed and happy.
Plum Fragrance Pavilion: When you enter the Plum Fragrance Pavilion, the first thing that comes into view is a vivid picture of plum blossoms blooming in the snow. The decoration in the private room is simple yet elegant. In winter, a few branches of plum blossoms are placed on the table, and the fragrance is overwhelming. Outside the window lattice, there seems to be a cold wind blowing, bringing a hint of fresh air, making people seem to feel the tenacity and indomitable spirit of the plum blossoms in winter.
Lan Ya Ju: Lan Ya Ju is based on orchids. The interior is decorated with fabrics and ornaments with orchid patterns. Several ink paintings of orchids are hung on the wall, which are quiet and elegant. In the center is a pot of blooming orchids, which has a quiet fragrance and elegant posture, complementing the indoor atmosphere and creating an extraordinary artistic conception.
Chrysanthemum Hall: This private room is themed on autumn chrysanthemums. The walls are decorated with the grand scene of the golden autumn chrysanthemum exhibition, which is colorful and full of vitality. On the table are several pots of chrysanthemums of various shapes, some of which are in bud and some are in full bloom, which complement the warm-toned lights in the room.
Songfeng Pavilion: The design of Songfeng Pavilion is inspired by the pine forests and pavilions that were loved by ancient scholars. The private room is decorated with pine wood as the main element, and the walls and ceilings are cleverly integrated with the texture and pattern of pine trees. Surrounded by simulated pine potted plants, it creates a natural and simple atmosphere.
After the design of the second floor was completed, the layout of the first floor was relatively relaxed, but it was completely different from the style of other restaurants in Qicheng. In the past few days, after Xu Congyi completed the design drawings, he devoted himself to the work of distributing chicks to every household in the village. The chicks were distributed in three batches, each time arranged in the Xu family's yard. Xu Congyi deliberately gave each household two or three more, totaling 800. Although Xu Congyi still had a little trepidation about the future of the restaurant, she felt at ease after the chicks were distributed. After all, once the arrow is shot, there is no turning back.
While Xu Congyi was busy here, Tang Wenhao was also busy preparing. In terms of ingredients, Tang Wenhao insisted on using local fresh and high-quality raw materials. In addition to chicken, many other ingredients were needed. Tang Wenhao carefully selected and established long-term cooperative relationships with several reputable suppliers to ensure the freshness and quality of the ingredients. At the same time, Tang Wenhao also paid special attention to the diversity and seasonality of the ingredients. He specially discussed with Xu Congyi to adjust the restaurant's menu with the changes of the seasons to bring customers different taste experiences.
The formation of the chef team is also a link that Tang Wenhao attaches great importance to. He knows very well that an excellent chef team is the key to the success of the restaurant. Therefore, at the request of Xu Congyi, he signed a confidentiality agreement with each chef, especially the chef who is responsible for the sauce preparation of special dishes, which is the top priority. Tang Wenhao understands that if the sauce formula is leaked, it is equivalent to losing the core competitiveness of the restaurant. Therefore, he specially selected two experienced chefs from the Tang Mansion to be responsible for the sauce making. These two chefs have worked in the Tang Mansion for many years, are loyal and trustworthy. As for the other servants and handymen, they were also transferred from the Tang Mansion. Many of them are family-born children who grew up in the Tang Mansion and are very reliable.
